Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Analyze and identify opportunities to eliminate or reduce wasteful practices and optimize process performance.
2. Evaluate and analyze current process metrics and performance to identify areas requiring improvements
3. Work with management to identify process improvement opportunities
4. Work with various teams to institute process changes for improvement.
5. Review and update business procedures and documents based on project requirements
6. Develop standard procedures, guidelines and policies necessary to ensure process sustainability
7. Complete the planned and assigned projects and tasks
8. Facilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results
9. Conduct audit to verify compliance to the standard procedures, guidelines and policies
