Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of plastic injection moldings.
The Industrial Engineer will report directly to the Industrial Engineering Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:
Responsibilities:
Leading project teams, initiatives, and the analysis of existing production data to develop more efficient and effective processes using Lean principles.
Utilizing IE Technique / Lean Manufacturing methods for process improvement and problem resolution.
Supporting operational priorities - Quality, Inventory, Delivery, and Cost Containment.
Developing, coordinating, and executing continuous improvement activities at all levels and functions.
Facilitating the plant to focus on reducing waste to target yield savings, improve efficiencies, improve quality, meet customer needs, and achieve facility and corporate goals.
