Job Requirements

Qualification: At least a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent

Experience:

1. At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing. environment of related field is preferred.
2. EMS - PCBA Manufacturing industry experience.

Skills:
1. Knowledge of Lean Management

1. Ability to interface with program management, manufacturing leads, customer and functional leads provide daily direction and guidance to junior associate and management.

2. Advanced knowledge of machines, tools, designs, uses, repair and maintenance.

3. Ability to design and understand precision technical plans, blueprint, drawings and models.

4. Knowledge of the ways various system interact and how changes in operations, the environment and other conditions will affect outcomes.

5. Knowledge of ISO QMS 9001 management.
