Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Efficiency & Line Optimization:
• Conduct time-motion studies to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standard minute values (SMVs).
• Design and implement efficient line layouts to optimize workflow and reduce motion waste.
• Perform line balancing to ensure maximum utilization of manpower and machine.
• Capacity & Productivity Analysis:
• Monitor and analyze line performance , machine utilization, and operator efficiency.
• Support the planning team in capacity calculations and manpower estimation.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions for smooth production flow.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen practices ...
