GENERAL SUMMARY
Industrial Engineering position is responsible for developing assembly strategy for the new vehicles introduction, follow up to the process assembly of current lineup, considering all the process details in terms of Health and Safety, Quality, Productivity, Material and Costs.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Engineering degree (Industrial or Manufacturing)
Experience 5 years or more
H&S focus
Assembly process design
Controls and continuous process improvement.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Knowledge on STPP NOMS-06, NOMS-26, NOMS-27, NOMS-36
Ergonomic Methods (NIOSH, RULA, REBA, Suzanne Rodgers)
Risk Assessments
PFMEA
Problem Solving Techniques
ISO knowledge
Line Balancing and Time studies.
AutoCAD (Catia plus)
SAP
Bilingual (80% English & Spanish) both oral and written.
Lean manufacturing Tools (Standard Work, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S’s, Poka-yoke, One Piece Flow, Model Mix)
