Industrial Engineer & Continuous improvement- Faucets - (req71973)

Location: Juarez, Nuevo León

Under the supervision of the Project Specialist/CIC, this position implements manufacturing processes and leads continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, productivity, reduce waste and cost, and improve working conditions.

Essential responsibilities include reviewing standard times, performing 5‑S audits, and monitoring KOS savings.

• Optimize sequence of operations and balance production lines.
• Reduce cycle time, worker effort, inventory, and floor waste.
• Improve ergonomic conditions and eliminate waste.
• Use 7‑Waste reduction forms to support continuous improvement.
• Analyze throughput, OEE, and bottleneck data; lead throughput improvement processes.
• Assess process work conditions—space, layout, lighting, breaks, manpower, tools and equipment.
