Industrial Engineer

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analysing and improving manufacturing and stock management processes. The role reports to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities
Evaluating and implementing process improvements
Developing and optimising workflows
Setting up and optimising ERP/stock management software and processes
Root cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives
Developing and overseeing systems for capturing and reporting on manufacturing data
Managing projects and leading small teams
Monitoring new ERP processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and quality within the manufacturing environment
Essential requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, processes and workflows
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
