• Optimize Production operations to meet customer demands and maximise profitability.
• Provide effective leadership and mentorship to shopfloor employees.
• Manage employee conduct and disciplinary procedures within the Department.
• Continuously evaluate and implement processes improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Sales Department to align production with customer delivery requirements and product availability.
• Identify and address deviations or non-conformances to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Develop and communicate weekly production plans, ensuring alignment with relevant departments.
