Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

Work in collaboration with the production teams and the manufacturing managers in an office and shop environment. Perform capacity analysis for the various production lines. Lead action plans to align capacity with manufacturing demand. Manage the implementation of capital and continuous improvement projects. Plan shop layout modifications for new equipment or equipment moves. Develop strategic plans, including core business definition and introduction of new machining and automation technologies aligned with Industry4.0 fundamentals. Analyze production problems and opportunities and propose solutions supporting business needs and vision. Qualifications

Bachelor of engineering with 5years or more of experience in project management. Experience in a manufacturing company. Demonstrated strategic planning and leadership.
