Industrial Engineer

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality and productivity. This role focuses on optimizing resources—people, materials, time, and technology—to help the organization operate more effectively and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, workflows, and production systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement process improvements to reduce costs, cycle time, and waste
