We are seeking a few highly motivated Industrial Engineers to support and optimize high-volume Li-ion battery manufacturing operations. This role will focus on improving production efficiency, yield, cost, and quality across electrode, cell assembly, formation, and pack processes, while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes across Li-ion battery production lines, including electrode preparation, cell assembly, formation, aging, and module/pack assembly
Conduct time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and layout optimization for new and existing production lines
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, throughput, and cost
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation
