Job Title : Industrial Engineer

Reports To : IE Supervisor / Manager, QMR; General Manager

Interface with : All Department

Job Purpose

· To handle THD's Document and Records Control Process

· To monitor implementation of QMS for all applicable branches

Duties and Responsibilities

· Handles company's documentation of processes as the need arise and ensures that these undergo Documents and Records Control Procedure.

· Generate, standardize and update THD's business processes

· Document / map incoming and existing procedures, work instructions and guidelines for Core and Support group.

· Monitor QMS implementation thru Process Audit using IE Tools

· Communicate to all concerned personnel / department and establish appropriate training of new and revised procedures
