Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor production performance, line balancing, and workflow optimization
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Reduce material waste, downtime, and production losses
• Support quality control and food safety standards
• Prepare reports using production and performance data
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 2-year contract position
• Experience using SAP is an advantage
• Good computer literacy (Excel, reporting tools, basic systems)
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
