Industrial Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, production systems, and continuous improvement
• Experience with time-and-motion studies, work measurement, and labor standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD for plant layouts and process flow design
• Ability to analyze KPIs and production data to drive performance improvements
• Familiarity with quality management systems, safety standards, and lean principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
