Responsible for establishing and deploying Industrial Engineering systems for new factory setup. Support line layout planning, standard time definition, capacity and manpower modeling, process optimization and continuous improvement to ensure smooth factory ramp-up and achievement of efficiency, cost and delivery targets.

+ Participate in line layout, material flow and workstation design for new factory
