The Technical Training Associate supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical training programs to enhance employee competencies and ensure skill alignment with operational requirements. The role assists in preparing training materials, maintaining training records, and coordinating logistics for workshops, certifications, and assessments. This role contributes to fostering a culture of continuous learning by helping implement upskilling programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing administrative support to the training function
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Work Experience
0-2 years of experience in learning and development
Technical Competency
Preferably able to utilize CAD Application
