ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and design sequence of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts, and establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.Establish and manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control and production record systems.Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operation methods based on these studies.Assist facilities and process engineers in the planning and design of facilities.Support, participate, contribute and facilitate the execution of lean projects relating to Kaizen events, standardized work, visual management and 5S.Rate lines as part of CPS implementation of maturity improvement.Conduct training on lean CPS population.Delegate tasks and responsibilities.Prepare investment applications.Sponsor and conduct p...
