Process Optimization & Efficiency

• Analyze production processes for plastics (e.g., injection molding) and metals (e.g., machining, fabrication, stamping) to identify inefficiencies
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce cycle time
• Design and optimize plant layouts, workflows, and material flow

Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

• Lead and support Lean initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and waste reduction
• Establish standard work instructions and time studies
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, cost, and quality

Cost Analysis & Estimating

• Conduct labor and cost analysis for new and existing programs
• Review and update production standards and BOM’s
• Support quoting processes by developing accurate manufacturing cost models
