Job Description

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing complex, sustainable, robust, and reliable manufacturing processes to achieve cost, quality, and performance goals.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

• Industrial Engineering degree or related field
• 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in process design
• Fixture design and poka-yoke implementation
• AutoCAD, SolidWorks
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems
• Organized and proactive

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing process design
• Follow-up on new projects
• Participate in meetings with the Core Team
