Your role in our team
Analysing Production Planning & Control, Internal Logistics and Assembly processes; Identifying opportunities for improvement using tools such as Lean / Kaizen, TOC, Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities

- Identifying existing waste (Mudas); Designing the VSM of the processes analysed with the team and developing actions that translate into results (Reduction in hours/employee; Reduction in Lead Times);

- Development of Standardised Work using Kaizen/Lean tools

- Development of the visual management system - Visual Factory

Your profile

- Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineer;

- Proactive;

- Communicator with an interest in the sector;

- Resilient;

- Analytical;

- Knowledge of Lean / Kaizen, Operations Management, Kanban, Total Flow Management, TOC.
