Industrial Engineer – Utilities

Job Overview: The Industrial Engineer – Utilities is responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing the efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness of boiler and water treatment operations. The role focuses on process improvement, manpower planning, performance measurement, and operational documentation. The position is also designated as the company's Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and supports environmental compliance in accordance with DENR regulations.
