Job Title: Boiler and Water Treatment Associate

Duties and Responsibilities

Boiler Operations

• Operate boilers in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Monitor boiler parameters such as pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, and water levels.
• Assist in boiler start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures.
• Report abnormalities, leaks, alarms, or unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor.

Water Treatment Operations

• Perform routine water treatment processes for boiler feed water, cooling water, and wastewater.
• Conduct regular water testing (e.g., pH, TDS, hardness, chemical dosage) and record results.
• Prepare, handle, and apply water treatment chemicals following safety protocols.
• Ensure treated water meets required quality standards for boiler and plant use.
