Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge and expertise to ensure robust manufacturing process through Kaizen workshop and time and motion studies. Manage manufacturing performance deliverables such as implementation of CI suggestions, process flows and plant layouts. Support technical and manufacturing solutions; including engineering and line balancing, to achieve goals and objectives relating to research and development, organizational projects and services for continuous improvement and risk reduction. Apply technical knowledge and expertise to manage/plan new projects for building modifications and support new product launches. Oversee plant and building facilities maintenance including upkeep and preventative maintenance for building, outbuildings, and grounds.

• Responsible for material flow (plant-wide Value Stream Mapping/VSM).
• Ability to work independently and draw from experience in all aspects of the job assigned.
