Industrial Engineering Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Rider's RTS (Return to Station) reports to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc performance reports and dashboards
• Conduct Time and Motion Studies (TMS) for operational processes
• Assist in developing process improvement recommendations based on data analysis
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to support efficiency and productivity initiatives
• Perform other industrial engineering–related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, any Supply Chain course, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of time and motion studies, process improvement, and data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, charts)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
