Job Description

Job's mission 
This role is central to driving lean transformation and operational excellence at ASM's Singapore manufacturing site. As Industrial Engineering Manager, you'll lead initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will directly support ASM's mission to deliver cutting-edge semiconductor solutions through efficient and scalable operations. 
What you will be working on 
Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers and team members to drive a strategy of continuous improvement, challenging the status quo. 
Provide Lean development and training through Kaizen participation and visual controls. 
Optimize value streams by eliminating waste and improving flow across manufacturing. 
Design and own the Kaizen roadmap in partnership with Manufacturing Managers. 
Facilitate office and factory walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities and escalate actions.
