ABILITIES: WORKING WELL IN A TEAM, QUICK LEARNER,

CAN HANDLE PRESSURE SITUATION. CAN MAKE PATIENT SATISFACTION

SKILLS: POSITIVE ATTITUDE, COMPUTER SKILLS

HMO APPROVAL EXPERIENCE IS PLUS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. In charge of issuance of referral forms to Industrial Physician and Medical Specialist / Sub-Spec.

2. Extracts patient's personal data or pulls out patient's record it for consultation with the Industrial Physician.

3. Responsible for verifying the member's status in case of lost and expired health cards.

4. Release duly filled up and encoded OPD / Laboratory and Diagnostic forms.

5. Entertains patients' needs and inquiries.

6. Calls HMO / Company for approval code number for diagnostic procedures requested by the attending ph...
