COMPANY MECHANIC

• Assess and diagnose company vehicles, machineries, and equipment.
• Determine automotive and mechanical requirements and communicate vehicular defects and problems to the office, including request of materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
 o Request for outside repairs is permitted only if the mechanic is unable to do the work or if it is beyond his expertise.
• Provide routine inspection of all company vehicles and equipment for preventive maintenance.
 o Equipment is tagged with details of the next maintenance needed for monitoring.
• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain digital and computer-based machines, including the egg grader machine.
• Diagnose electrical, electronic, software, and control system issues related to digital equipment.
• Coordinate with machine suppliers or technical support for complex digital system concerns when necessary.
