Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our industrial services team..

This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, alignment, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment and mechanical systems in shop and field environments. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, precision alignment experience, and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities
+ Install, dismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble industrial pumps, motors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
+ Perform precision shaft alignment using laser alignment tools
+ Conduct vibration analysis and assist with machine health monitoring activities
+ Perform pump and motor rebuilds, including bearing replacement, seal installation, and component inspection
+ Assist with shaft machining processes and coordinate with machinists for repairs and tolerances
