The Opportunity

You will represent members across a broad range of industrial matters, including:

• Workplace disputes
• Enterprise agreement negotiations
• Contract negotiations
• Unfair dismissal claims
• Disciplinary processes
• Dispute resolution procedures
• Proceedings before the Fair Work Commission

You will also provide strategic industrial advice and support to union leadership and officials, while maintaining regular engagement with members, management and external stakeholders.
