Decription of the Role:-
The Senior Executive, Employee & Industrial Relations is responsible for managing and supporting employee and industrial relations matters, including disciplinary, misconduct, grievance, and domestic inquiry cases. The role ensures compliance with labour laws and internal governance frameworks, provides advisory support to Management and OpCos, and promotes consistent, fair, and timely resolution of cases. The position also supports stakeholder engagement, IR awareness programmes, reporting, and documentation to foster harmonious employer–employee relations across the Group.
Requirement of the Position:-
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Employee / Industrial Relations. Candidates with relevant experience in other HR disciplines will also be considered.
