Role Overview:

You will serve as the Group's subject-matter expert on Malaysian employment and IR law, managing complex people issues, misconduct, disputes, union matters, and litigation support. The role ensures compliance, mitigates risk, and upholds organizational values across all entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of IR cases (misconduct, domestic inquiries, terminations, retrenchments, Industrial Court matters).
• Employee relations advisory for senior and sensitive cases.
• Organisational behaviour oversight and change management support.
• Governance, compliance, and training related to Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and relevant regulations.
