Job Purpose
The Industrial Relations Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining sound labor relations within the organization by ensuring compliance with South African labor legislation, company policies, and collective agreements. A key focus of this role is to promote and sustain workplace harmony by proactively managing employee relations, resolving conflict fairly, and fostering a positive, respectful, and legally compliant working environment. The role further supports employee relations, disciplinary processes, dispute resolution, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
