Industrial Trainee

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To support technical and commercial team in tenders, administration, quotations and contracts & work exposure to operations side (subject to approval due to movement control order)

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

• Exposure to engineering reports, budget control in terms of material, man- hours, resources / facilities and overtime cost, details activities planning and scheduling for the assign project
• Exposure to Full compliance to all procedure and processes as relevant to Quality Management System (QMS) and (ISO)
• Exposure and assist in managing tenders, offers and quotations.
• Assist in preparing product binders, company profile, compilation of catalogues, preparation of pre-qualification documents and Request For Quotation (RFQ).
• Assist in completing required documentation for placement of orders, in terms of financial, technical & commercial shortcomings.
