• Order Management: Ensure on time initiation of all shipments.
• Process / confirm orders and forecasts.
• Maintain operational EDI handling.
• Resolve Idoc workflows in SAP.
• Track orders and deliveries.
• Consignment concepts: monitor MRP runs; reconcile consignment stock.
• Manage forecast-based concepts.
• Maintain system tables and master data in SAP.
• Process: Cooperate with CC Key Users on process & tools anomalies.
• Document processes. Actively drive and support process standardization, first-level process automation and end-to-end process optimization.
• Support Internal Control testing and audit.
