What You'll Be Involved In:
Assisting in recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
Enhance employee wellbeing and morale via engagement activities and events.
Supporting HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
