Industrialisation Engineer (1 year contract/ Completion bonus)

Capabilities Development:
.Lead the development and implementation of Group and partners OEMs' new repair capabilities. gather market data, investment requirements, perform feasibility studies. Develop new test benches, Coordinate trainings
.Analyze technical data, gather market data, investment requirements to perform feasibility studies and Return on Investment.
.Develop, source new equipment, consumables and chemicals and support investments linked to testing & repair policies.
.Drive the progress of the tasks, pilot projects' milestones review, report advancement, track investments and expenses, monitor contractors and suppliers, devise maintenance plans.
.Perform self-assessments, engineering studies, build up justification file and liaise with QA for smooth airworthiness application and repair capability integration.
.Liaise with the OEMs to clarify any confusion
.Establish calibration requirements
