Industrialization and QA Professional

The role is responsible for conducting in-depth technical analysis regarding the quality, durability, and performance of accessories. It requires testing and industrializing products using advanced materials and technologies.

The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that any bag or small leather good meets industry high-end quality standards as well as customer requirements.

• Work closely with HK & HQ teams to align designs with production requirements starting from the development stage, reviewing prototypes, confirmation and pre-production samples from a technical perspective.
• Provide effective guidance on Quality Assurance and Quality Control Standards through proper training and coaching, after having assessed the factory's capabilities.
