Responsibilities:
Lead the industrialization of new products, materials, and technologies from R&D into mass production.
Act as the primary technical interface between Plant operations and R&D to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
Translate R&D requirements into actionable plant activities, including investment planning, capacity readiness, and process capability.
Assess plant readiness in terms of equipment, capacity, and technical capability to support upcoming product and technology launches.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on cost reduction, process efficiency, and material optimization (Value Leadership).
Support planning and execution of experimental production orders, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate reporting.
