Aim of Function
To profitably grow the business by managing the IC assigned to him/her, excellent execution of strategies and building strategic partnerships with key/own customer/s and clients/suppliers thus enabling DKSH to maintain its position as the leader in market expansion services.
Main Duties
Direction-Setting
Formulates business plan for the IC he/she is handling.
Lead direct report/s
Set as good example to peers to properly implement management directions, strategies, and processes/ systems on-time and on-budget.
Provides relevant information/inputs that help in setting the general direction and in developing (or reviewing existing) processes/ systems that support team operations.
Sales & Profitability
Executes sales strategies in managing the IC, it's direct report/s and key/own account/s.
