Industry Sales Engineer

Job Description:

The Industry Sales Engineer combines deep technical knowledge with sales acumen—supporting solution selling for clients across industrial sectors (manufacturing, energy, automation, etc.). Understands customer challenges, recommends tailored technical solutions, delivers demos and proposals, and helps close deals while ensuring customer success both pre‑ and post‑sale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed discovery to understand customer needs, craft solution proposals, deliver demos and answer technical queries
• Collaborate with internal engineering/procurement teams to customize industrial solutions that meet client specifications .
• Work alongside contractors, designers/architects and consultants to identify leads, build financial business cases, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
