Infant Care Educator

NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB:

The Infant Care Educator is responsible for providing high-quality, responsive, and nurturing care to infants aged 2 months to 18 months in accordance with MapleBear's Canadian Early Childhood Education Philosophy. The educator supports each child's holistic development, physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language, through safe routines, intentional interactions, and play-based learning experiences. The role requires a deep understanding of infant development, strong caregiving skills, and a commitment to MapleBear's standards of excellence, safety, and professionalism.
