Job Description

                    Responsibilities:  Develop a caregiving routine and lesson plans that align with the Early Years Development Framework. 
Create and utilize developmentally appropriate materials and resources to enhance a high-quality learning environment. 
Document children's learning and developmental progress to inform future planning and teaching strategies. 
Regularly review and ensure compliance with health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene practices in accordance with Star Learners' standard operating procedures. 
Implement strategies that foster respectful, responsive, and reciprocal relationships with infants and toddlers. 
Build strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders by actively engaging with the children's families and the broader community.
