The Influencer and Affiliate Manager manages creator relationships, affiliate onboarding, seeding, and performance tracking. This role is highly organized, relationship-driven, and revenue-focused.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Social Media and PR.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate program onboarding and performance tracking
• Conduct influencer and creator outreach
• Negotiate deals, rates, and usage rights
• Manage product seeding and creator follow-ups
• Track attribution, revenue, and ROI
• Report performance and insights regularly

Required Background

• 3 to 6 years managing influencer or affiliate programs, or combined.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Comfort with spreadsheets, tracking links, and reporting
• Strong follow-through and organization
