About the Role We are looking for an Influencer Growth Lead to build and scale a structured KOL program for our flagship product across LATAM. This role will transform how we engage with content creators by systemizing performance evaluation, incentives, and long term ecosystem development. You will design the overall framework, manage a large portfolio of creators, and turn influencer collaboration into a measurable and scalable growth engine that strengthens both business impact and player community engagement.
