Responsibilities:

With oversight from the Local Community Lead, support the development and execution regional influencer strategies for VALORANT-related projects within Riot’s portfolio that ladder into and support Global opportunities and outcomes

Advocate for creator needs, identifying strategic opportunities aligned with Riot and VALORANT’s goals

Manage your market’s creator relationships, including contracting, onboarding, activations, and communications across streaming platforms, social media, and community discussions

Monitor your market’s creator economy, identifying emerging VALORANT creators and market trends while escalating issues to the Global Influencer team 

Collaborate with Community, Brand, Creative, Social, and PR teams to drive player-first, globally integrated campaigns

Serve as your market’s VALORANT influencer representative in cross-functional team syncs, ensuring consistency...
