Influencer Marketing-Associate

Position Overview:
Responsible for providing administrative and coordination support for influencer marketing campaigns to ensure smooth execution and proper documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:

KOL/Influencer Management Support

• Support negotiating and coordinate content approvals and ensure influencers follow brand guidelines.
• Manage day-to-day communications with assigned KOLs (emails, DMs, contracts, reminders).

Campaign & Product Launch Support

• Assist in planning and executing influencer strategies for new product launches and brand campaigns.
• Identify potential creators and KOLs fit for the campaign direction and align with the brand.
• Coordinate product send-outs, PR kits, and briefing materials.
• Track and organize campaign timelines, deliverables, and posting schedules.
