Job Title: Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Admin & Operations)

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer admin workflows across multiple brands
• Track creator profiling, content deliverables, and deadlines
• Conduct QA checks on influencer videos before submission
• Follow up with creators for drafts, finals, receipts, and insights
• Handle payment requests and monitor payment status
• Collect and validate campaign insights and performance data
• Coordinate with brands regarding timelines, approvals, and boosting
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers and documentation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Comfortable handling multiple campaigns at once
• Familiar with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Instagram & TikTok insights
