Influencer Performance

Job Description

• Regularly process and analyze Shopee Influencers performance data for reporting purposes, and dashboard creation and maintenance
• Develop methods for performance and budget projections, targets, and simulation
• Expected to present output to relevant stakeholders
• Propose and set-up research plans/methodologies/resources which will help Influencer Team to get crucial and actionable insights to keep ahead of its competitors
• Conduct desk/white paper researches to augment knowledge gaps during planning or team discussions
• Report to Influencer Performance Team Lead, and attend regular team meetings

Requirements

• Has at least a Bachelor's degree of any business/research-related 4-year course
• Certifications on data science/analytics or on MS Excel as well as other analytics tools is preferred
• Has had at least 4 years of work experience
