Overview

We are seeking an Influencer Sourcing & Partnerships Coordinator to build and manage a high-volume creator outreach pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying qualified influencers, executing structured outreach campaigns, and ensuring a seamless handoff to brand partners.

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)

• Build and maintain prospect lists of creators based on defined sourcing criteria (niche, platform, engagement, audience demographics)
• Conduct high-volume outreach to creators via email and social media platforms
• Manage and track all outreach activity using a CRM or pipeline tracker (Notion-based)
