Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Assistant to help scale our brand partnerships. In this role, you won't just be finding influencers, you'll be the engine behind our growth, identifying high-alignment partners, managing the outreach pipeline, and ensuring our brand mission is reflected in every piece of content.

Want to learn more about the core responsibilities?

• Build lists of qualified affiliates/influencers based on client parameters such as number of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.
• Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting.
• Templated outreach and coordination. This is mostly email, but must have the ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed.
• Manage outreach, administrative, or data entry touch-points
• Escalating issues when appropriate regarding affiliates or influencers contract negotiation and/or deliverables
